Terms for using Zypta.
These terms describe the basic responsibilities that apply when a person or organization creates and uses a Zypta workspace.
Last updated: July 14, 2026Using Zypta
You may use Zypta only if you can enter into a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable law. If you use Zypta for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.
Accounts and organizations
Keep account information accurate and protect your authentication credentials. Workspace owners and administrators can manage membership, roles, domains, app availability, and organization settings. Their actions may affect every member of the workspace.
Workspace content
Your organization retains its rights in content submitted to Zypta. You grant Zypta the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zypta to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, send abusive or deceptive communications, interfere with the service, probe access controls without permission, or attempt to access another organization's information.
Bundles and app access
App availability depends on the organization's selected bundle, add-ons, exclusions, local administrator settings, trial state, and subscription status. Some access changes include a read-only grace period. A grace period does not restore write access or guarantee indefinite retention.
Service changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance that affects availability. We aim to communicate material changes when practical. Beta or preview functionality may change more frequently and may not have the same support expectations as generally available features.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, comply with law, respond to non-payment, address security risk, or stop material violations of these terms. Organizations may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable subscription commitments and retention processes.
Responsibility and disclaimers
Zypta is provided subject to the commitments expressly agreed with the organization. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to the extent allowed by the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
