Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains the information Zypta handles to provide and protect the service. Workspace administrators also control how their organization uses Zypta.
Last updated: July 14, 2026Information we handle
We handle account details such as name, email address, authentication records, organization membership, and administrative settings. The service also stores workspace content that users choose to create, upload, send, or share through Zypta. Technical logs may include device, browser, network, security, and service-performance information.
How information is used
We use information to provide the applications, authenticate users, enforce organization permissions, deliver messages and files, support collaboration, detect misuse, maintain reliability, and improve the service. We do not use workspace content to build advertising profiles.
Retention and access changes
Workspace information is retained while the organization uses the service and as needed for security, backup, dispute, and legal purposes. Some license changes provide a time-limited read-only period so authorized users can review and export information before access ends.
Your choices
Users can update account details through Zypta Accounts. Organization owners and administrators control membership, app availability, sharing, and workspace settings. Requests concerning organization-controlled content should normally begin with the workspace administrator.
Security
We use organization-scoped authorization, row-level data policies, access controls, audit records, and operational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. See the Security page for current product controls.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Zypta changes. The date above shows the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or account notice.
